Challenge:
PokerStars’ web platform had an overwhelming amount of content. It has vast amount of games and promotions. Organizing it all into a clear, intuitive hierarchy while keeping the design visually appealing required careful balance.
The Casino team was working with a limited, text-heavy CMS. They needed a fast, flexible solution to better structure and present content without disrupting the existing system.
Solution:
Guided by Creative Director Ofer Hait, we restructured the site flow to simplify the information architecture into clearer, more intuitive categories. Visual tags were introduced to reduce clutter and help users navigate content more easily. Though completed before formal UX research, this work laid the groundwork for the current website’s design.
For the in-house CMS, we delivered a fast, practical update - adding left-hand navigation, breathing space, and subtle colour cues to improve content organization. These simple changes transformed the tool from frustrating to functional for project and business managers.
